I think my life is good not because I have lots but because I appreciate lots- how could life be bad if I constantly and consciously focus on the good things in it?

Of course there are bad things as well, which requires diligence to change / remove them.

Truth in untruth. I believe that the mentality plays a huge roll and I also made the experience that the needs play a big role too. When the needs are not fullfilled it is hard to be happy even with a good mentality. Imagine the picture of an african kid that fights for survival. I believe it is the combination of fullfilling the needs by doing and also by changing the mentality. I tried to be happy when I nearly lost my apartment and the spiritual people adviced me just to let go everything. To be honest that shit didn´t work out. But what helped me is to get stability. Masculine energy saved me. Ressources matters, haha.

Many times I have acted very politely and in a way that gives energy to people and people say that I remind them of people they knew this is more common with older ladies - I believe that this is because I adopt the archetype of the person they once knew and the quality which they liked about them and am open to chatting with strangers. A chat is really an opportunity to give positive energy

Hi guys, I'm going to be making a video called "The Power of Weekly Reflection" for YouTube and will post the link in the group here. The main highlights are that it can help with: realizing your recent shortcomings and successes, appreciating what you already have, and having more excitement or clarity about the future. This is one personal development "tactic" that I really can say I've been consistent with for quite a while. 😅

Have you done this yet Alex? :P

The power of silence

The more information someone has about you the better people can manipulate you. But who would do something so cruel you ask me? My answer is everyone! Human have a need to control. This is just nature and they want the best for themselves. I believe it is important to be honest but that does not mean that I have to say everything on my mind. In societynowdays people preach that everyone must be vulnerable. They say to be an open person is the highest glory of the world... The society teaches to distrust the instinct. Distrust all your instincts, stop your paranoia and just be kind. Then they can controll you easily. I say stop this! They want you to reveal everything that you become predictable and easy to manipulate. It is way easier for a boss to have his workers under control when he k…

Yes each of us has a reptilian instinct to control, I think because in the back of our minds we know that we may one day be in a situation where there is not enough food for everyone, so we must make sure that we avoid being at the bottom of the hierarchy, lest we have to endure being subject to starvation.

Also, we know in the back of our minds that when a crime has been committed the judges can make mistakes, so we must make sure that we have the favour of those who would decide our fate just in case they are ever unsure and have to decide who will die based on who they like least.

I think the fact that humans have to survive in this chaotic world adds a lot of darkness in the human mind- ready to use evil behaviour to keep ourselves safe / alive / free….
