Here is an example of using NTP Journaling:
NTP Journaling is a simple and effective way to clear your mind, and get into a more positive state.
When you’re feeling stress, anxious, or in any way negative, sit down with a journal and draw out this chart. Write all the negative stuff you're thinking in the left hand column.
I recommend writing down any negative thoughts that appear throughout the day, putting them into the left column for you to 'flip' later on in the day.
At a convenient time, write a positive thought in the column on the right that can take the place of the corresponding negative thought.
By doing this repeatedly, you train your brain to automatically convert negative thoughts into positive ones. Soon, you'll find yourself doing it naturally throughout the day in your mind.
If you have a coach, bring your journal with you to session, and you’ll be able to gain even more clarity.
