Sit comfortably with your back up straight in a quiet room.
Set a timer on your phone for any amount of time.
Sit peacefully and do nothing. Don’t even try to stop yourself from thinking. Don’t try to stop yourself from feeling negative emotions. Don’t attack negative emotions. Don't do anything. Just be.
